Hiking in the Philippines can be a wonderful hobby for beginners and experts alike. Before you go embarking on an adventure in the Phils, you should be aware of the difficulty level of the Mountain that you want to hike or climb. I have been on several of the mountains listed and have linked to my reviews of Mt. Maculot, Mt. Banahaw (you can’t currently hike to the the summit of Mt. Banahaw anymore) and Mt. Maynoba. I have the mountains listed by region as well as by difficulty level (beginner hiking levels 1-3, intermediate 4-6, advanced hiking / climbs 7-9). Each mountain has “jump off” directions, baranguay location, and region in the Philippines the mountains are located.
